When the executive team at Lake Walk needed a new web presence to communicate the quality, vision, and future plans for their thriving development – we knew we wanted to be part of telling that story. Lake Walk is the premier innovation, business, and lifestyle hub of Texas – and they are located strategically between all the major population centers of our state. Better yet, for our Fidelis shop, they are right next door! Lake Walk is building the future (via tech/bio research) and they attract top international talent to our state year after year because the quality of life Lake Walk offers is unmatched.
The website had to show the full range of offerings and deeply connect with the young talent being courted by Boston or San Francisco research centers. Why Texas?! The website had to convey Lake Walk’s unique offer to bright young minds who also wish to enjoy top networking opportunities, restaurants, within a serene living environment. The nexus of work, social, and quality of life is more important than ever; it’s the driver behind most decisions for ambitious young talent. They have to be able to ‘see themselves living at Lake Walk’ and that’s a tall order for a website in the 21st century. Viewers bounce around pages all day long. The pages we built had to ‘show’ as well as ‘tell’ young talent that their future is brighter under a Texas sky. We’re proud of how it turned out and thrilled that we might have a small part to play in bringing the best minds to our town. Bryan-College Station will be better for it.
