You are purchasing a Digital Diagnostic—a one-time, 3-week service project. The project is complete when the Diagnostic Report is delivered.
Your responsibilities include:
- Attend the onboarding meeting.
- Provide access to your website, Google Business Profile, social media accounts, and Google Analytics. Please note: If access to any property is not provided, the Diagnostic Report may be incomplete.
Payment:
- Full payment is due at purchase. No refund is available after the Diagnostic Report is delivered.
Intellectual Property:
- Fidelis Creative Agency (Fidelis Studios, LLC) retains ownership of all methods and materials.
Limitation of Liability:
