Your brand voice has to be obvious on your website in the first half of a second.
When was the last time that you spent 15 minutes on a website reading everything they possibly had? I mean chances are, if you’re spending 15 minutes on that website, you probably already love them, right?
People need to be immediately aware and immediately enticed by your offering, and a huge element of that is making the voice, the tone, the demeanor of your language immediately obvious to them. Lock it in. That’ll go huge distances towards people understanding you and saying “yeah, you’re for me.”
Brand voice on your website– it’s clutch. If you haven’t already done an assessment, do an assessment. Look into it and see if you can get it any better.
